Facebooking For a Cause: Is It Enough?

This might come across as another post for something which has already received a lot of attention from the social media, the public and the parliament. But no matter how much attention it receives or how much the matter is talked about. The pain of the victim will never reduce. It will never reduce even a bit. Even if she recovers physically, I am damn sure that she would not have a moment of piece and happiness for the rest of her life. The act done by those six shameless people would torment her for the rest of her life.

But what are we doing on our part? Just creating Facebook stories, browsing the web and flipping through news channels? Do you think this is enough?
Well, this does creates pressure on the Government to act fast, and act strongly, we, the public would have to send out a strong message not to the Government but to all the evil minds in our society that such an act would never be tolerated and we, the people of this country, would make sure that all such criminals undergo the punishment they deserve!!

Protest marches take place at many places on such occasions, people go out with thousands of candles to protest for a cause, but does this this really has ANY effect on the criminals? I don't know. I am calling for a response on this. And if this does not have the desired effect, what can actually be done on our part to contribute against such causes? I leave the answer of this question to you.

I also request all the concerned welfare organizations to step up the efforts to take in more and more members and regularly organizing campaigns against such crimes. Please spread this request as much as you can in your own way.
